Returns and Exchange POLICY

We at ChooChoo Co. take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

SORRY, SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. However, if you are exchanging merchandise we will gladly ship your new merchandise with no additional shipping or handling charges.

To return merchandise, simply fill out the exchange/return form that is included with your purchase. Place the merchandise in the original package, or similar packaging, and use the return address label that is provided with your order. You can also download a blank form here.

Please ensure the packaging fully protects the merchandise from damage while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise damaged or lost while in transit.
